Most key materials for cell culture come from a handful of overseas suppliers. SeaWith makes the cells, culture medium and scaffolds it uses in Korea, and supplies them to universities, research institutes and companies. In September 2026 we signed an MOU with Handong on cultivated protein ingredients for pet food.

Hanwoo muscle, fat and skin cells, supplied in vials from our master and working cell banks.

Culture medium: ABC media

A food-grade, serum-free culture medium based on microalgae. Works for both 2D and 3D culture without fetal bovine serum.

Scaffold: ACe-gel

Beads and scaffolds for stem cell culture, made from sea mustard alginate. 60% alginate, 90.7% dietary fiber.

Analysis services

Toxicity and efficacy testing of materials, and custom cell isolation. We have supplied and tested for more than 16 large companies and research institutes.

Cells that divide longer and more

How many times a cell can divide sets how much you can produce. SeaWith's primary cells divide more than twice as many times as typical cells, and our immortal-like muscle stem cells are a bovine cell line that can both proliferate and differentiate.
